Eureka Griffith is a Qualified Nurse, Midwife, and Midwife Educator employed with the Ministry of Education for 16+ years. She has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of the West Indies, Mona Jamaica and St Augustine, Trinidad, respectively.  Eureka is currently the Principal of the School of Midwifery at the San Fernando General Hospital. She is a valuable contributor to the reduction of Maternal and Neonatal morbidity in Trinidad and Tobago.

Eureka has a positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. She is inspired daily by the word of God. In her spare time, she tends her kitchen garden. She has three wonderful children and four adorable grandchildren whom she loves unconditionally. Eureka lives by the words of Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” (KJV).
