Marsha grew up in the church and has been a Seventh-day Adventist Christian her entire life. She accepted Christ as her Saviour and was baptized at a very young age. She served in leadership positions in her church. Over the years, she has been involved in many outreach and evangelistic programs of the church.

She holds an Associate degree in Office Technology and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Behavioral Science from Andrews University extension campus,  Caribbean Union College, Trinidad. She has worked in both cooperate and private organizations, as a Secretary and an Administrative Assistant.
